Pets at Home - Party Weekend 10th, 11th April 2010

A very successful weekend at Pets At Home : in total we collected £231. Many thanks to the balloonist/facepainter who had one of our tubs on his stand - and is responsible for the 'dalmations' in the pictures. The dogs once again behaved brilliantly. Grace was happy to lie and watch the customers go by and Mac was impressing passers- by with his wait/recall skills. Cassie, Grafter and Milly were also very popular. Many thanks again to all the volunteers who came down, to all the customers for their generosity and to the staff for making us so welcome.

Pets at Home - Opening 2nd, 3rd, 5th April 2010

Lots of volunteers and dogs took part in this event, including Rocky, Trixie, Sam, Riley and Blue. We also had 'guest' appearances from some of our adopted dogs - Milly, Robbo, Cassie and Daisy. Over the three days we collected an amazing £510 - thank you to every one who contributed. We also had information about the dogs available for rehoming, so hopefully we have adopters lined up for some of our dogs.

We'd also like to thank Pets at Home for inviting us to this event and look forward to working with them in the future.
