Skye

   Skye is a 6 year old female Jack Russell ( mother to Rocky who is also looking for a new home ). She's vaccinated , microchipped and spayed . Having lived outside all her life , she is not house-trained. Her new owner must be prepared to take on the task of house-training , as Animal Concern will only re-home her as an inside pet.

  Although not formally trained , Skye is nevertheless quite obedient and she is friendly with people and playful . She walks well on the lead and has good recall . She is not unfriendly towards other dogs but is not particlarly interested in them. Cats and small furries are not safe in her company , though!

  The two dogs have always been left very much to their own devices so some attention and a bit of TLC would see them thrive as inside pets. (It would be nice if the dogs could be re-homed together but we think that both will cope well if separated).

  An adult-only household , or one with older children , is required for both dogs as they don't take kindly to being pestered by young children.
