 Patch was rehomed from foster care (Sam and Paul) week ending 23/03/12 , hopefully his last re-homing . He has another page in 2011 because he has had two earlier attempts at re-homing.

  Patch is a 11 month old Lurcher. He's house-trained , vaccinated and neutered.

  Patch is an appealing , friendly young lad . He has lived with both children and other dogs and got on fine with them all. He walks well on the lead and will stay close when let off.

  As his breed indicates , he is full of energy , so needs plenty of exercise. This should have some structure to it and be accompanied by positive training , otherwise Patch will simply become over-stimulated and never settle. Luckily , he's very responsive to food , which will make training easier.

  In spite of his size , Patch remains very much a puppy at this stage and still chews. He will grow out of this soon , hopefully , but what will help him most is the stability of a forever home. Through no fault of his own , he has had a number of different homes already in his short life. He deserves better.
